Connector Joint Powers Authority
The Elk Grove - Rancho Cordova - El Dorado Connector project (the "Connector") is moving into the next phase of development. Five stakeholder jurisdictions (Elk Grove, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, El Dorado County, and Sacramento County) have formed a joint powers authority (JPA) to assume responsibility for the project. Councilmember Patrick Hume represents the City of Elk Grove on the JPA. For more information on the Connector JPA, click here.
