Connector Joint Powers Authority
Capital SouthEast Connector JPA, also know as the Elk Grove-Rancho Cordova-El Dorado Connector. Five stakeholder jurisdictions (Elk Grove, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, El Dorado County, and Sacramento County) have formed a joint powers authority (JPA) to assume responsibility for the project. Councilmember Patrick Hume represents the City of Elk Grove on the Connector JPA. For more information on the Connector JPA, click here.
Capital SouthEast Connector JPA Board Meetings:
The JPA Board normally meets on the second Friday of every month at 8:30 a.m. at the City of Rancho Cordova Council Chambers, 2729 Prospect Park Drive, Rancho Cordova.
